Description

This comprehensive coffee equipment technician training course builds on the knowledge of coffee equipment parts and proper system function introduced in the Hydraulic Foundation and Electrical Foundation courses.

It introduces the knowledge and skills necessary to:

• Identify symptoms of common coffee equipment malfunctions
• Perform simple troubleshooting to diagnose their causes
• Complete simple repairs safely and effectively
• Adjust key coffee equipment operating parameters

Successful completion of both Hydraulic Foundation and Electrical Foundation courses is required prior to attending.

Successful completion of this program, including the practical and online written exam, qualifies the learner for the Coffee Technicians Program Intermediate Diagnostics and Repair certificate.

Course fees include all SCA Certificate Fees.
