Learning is easier and more fun in the right environment. That’s exactly what we’ve created in our private 2,500 sq-ft coffee training center.

Equipment Variety

We've filled our training center with a variety of top-of-the-line equipment, tools, and accessories to help current and aspiring baristas, technicians, and coffee shop owners learn.

Learn in Comfort

Our classroom areas are comfortable for multi-day classes, with projector screens for presentations and comfortable seating for groups from 2 to 12.

Activity Areas

Our dedicated cafe and workshop areas are flexible and spacious to support a variety of barista, brewing, tasting, and equipment repair activities.

SCA Authorized

The Trail Blaze Coffee Training Center exceeds the requirements for delivery of all SCA Barista, Brewing, Sensory, and Coffee Technician Program courses.
