The mineral content of coffee brewing water strongly impacts brewed coffee quality and long-term equipment health.
In this live online course, we’ll learn which aspects of coffee brewing water chemistry matter most. We’ll also learn how to measure and evaluate dissolved minerals, introduce common water treatment methods, and discuss different ways to create brewing water for home use.
This class is recommended for coffee enthusiasts and professionals.
100% of proceeds from the October 17th sessions of this course will be donated to organizations that are working to provide clean water to areas of the Carolinas that were impacted by Hurricane Helene.
