Espresso Fundamentals for Technicians

Espresso machine technicians require a solid understanding of fundamental barista skills to do their jobs properly. This optional workshop was developed specifically to introduce these skills. In this 2 hour hands-on barista training class, we'll learn how to:

• Brew and taste espresso
  
• Adjust an espresso grinder
• Steam milk and prepare a latte
  

No prior experience is required. 

This optional workshop is held from 10am-noon on the Monday of each Technician Training Foundations camp week. This class is only open to students who are registered for our Technician Training Foundations camp. Registrants will automatically be added to the session that occurs during their registered camp week.
