Learn how to brew better coffee in this comprehensive one-day hands-on introductory coffee training class. This class is great for baristas, cafe owners, and anyone looking for more coffee knowledge.

We’ll introduce the essential elements of brewing, then put them to use brewing coffee using various devices and critically tasting the results.

• Brew coffee using several different brewing devices, including manual and automatic gravity drip and different styles of immersion brewers.
• Use your senses to evaluate the brewed coffee and discuss what happens when the essential elements of brewing are varied.
